With walking 2 miles/day and swimming a ...I agree. With walking 2 miles/day and swimming a mere quarter mile daily, my weight is still 5 lbs above where it was last winter. Last summer, either of those activities would have dropped lbs for me. My body has adapted! Having said that, I am also hearing and feeling that I am much more toned than I was last year and I feel really good. Could be that I am supposed to be at this weight?Elainenoreply@blogger.com
