I agree. With walking 2 miles/day and swimming a mere quarter mile daily, my weight is still 5 lbs above where it was last winter. Last summer, either of those activities would have dropped lbs for me. My body has adapted! Having said that, I am also hearing and feeling that I am much more toned than I was last year and I feel really good. Could be that I am supposed to be at this weight?
Has your diet changed from last year?
My diet is sloppier, not watching it as closely. But my weight seems stable. More gain is unacceptable. I intend to try to drop the weight by several pounds.
